What is your minimum pilot quantity?+
Our pilot manufacturing runs typically begin at approximately 500 units and can extend to around 1,000 units, depending on the product and specification.
Do you develop custom formulations?+
Yes. We develop the sheet system and formulation around the application, required performance, intended customer and manufacturing route.
What does PVA-free mean?+
It means the sheet format is developed without polyvinyl alcohol, also called PVA or PVOH. We can explain the proposed material system for your particular application during development.
Can you help if I only have an idea?+
Yes. An early conversation can establish whether a soluble sheet is a sensible fit and identify the technical and commercial questions to resolve first.
What happens after a successful pilot?+
